Church History is not just about the church itself, it also must include the influences that surround it on a daily basis. These influences press daily onto the church which in turn forces the church to make decisons upon its very existence. Why would these forces bear such great witness against the church? Why would these forces set out to destroy the very foundations of the church in such a manner as to watch it die?

Remember, there are only two kingdoms that are in play when it comes to the existence of our world. Forget all of the countries, nations, continents, tribes, and groups, all players are included in this play as one of two forces. No inconsistent sides can be taken a choice has to be made and the side that is chosen will rule your own heart. So much so that your life will hang in its balance for all eternity.

Choices in our lives are made every day, whether we make those choices or they are made for us. even though we are supposed to have these choices to our own, sometimes they are taken from us just and made just for who we are associated with and by our previous words to these organizations. Be cautious of your loyalties for one day they may be taken as an act of your words and assumed that you are in agreement. Always remember that there will be someone who has more power and control than you and one day that person or group of people may turn their hand and catch you up in their schemes.

The sights around you may be in the physical, but te ultimate game that is being played contains the spirit. Yes, all humans have a spirit and that spirit is the one thing that can be led by a powerful presence that only it can understand. Listen....listen to your spirit and find out what it means to live by your spirit. Listen to its songs, its cries and its heartbeats. Listen to what it is desiring for only it can be the beginning to true wisdom. the spirit is the one that can be holy and pure. The spirit can be the only one that has the will to understand its potential for the kingdom.

Which kingdom does it have potential for? That is strictly up to the human, quite the analogy and ironical isn't it. Something in the physical can have control over something eternal.
